Product Condition

We follow strict grading criteria when inspecting products. It is extremely important you examine your items and package them securely before mailing them in. We redistribute these items, so keeping them in great condition will increase your payouts. It is very easy to overlook the condition of your boxes. We want to pay you as much as possible. However, we cannot pay full price for even the smallest cosmetic defects.

We are not liable for any items damaged by mail carriers. We currently have 3 grading conditions when examining your items: Perfect – No visible defects whatsoever.

We redistribute these items, so keeping them in great condition will increase your payouts. It is very easy to overlook the condition of your boxes. We want to pay you as much as possible. However, we cannot pay full price for even the smallest cosmetic defects.

We are not liable for any items damaged by mail carriers. We currently have 3 grading conditions when examining your items:
Perfect – No visible defects whatsoever.

Minor Damage (Up to 70% deduction depending on severity) – 1 or more small creases, bends, very tiny tears (specs), dents or scratches on any part of the box.
Severely Damaged (Rejected) – Multiple tears no matter the size, multiple large creases or dents, scoring from pens, discoloration, ink marks, blood stains, and coffee stains. We do not purchase any items with broken seals, stains covering expiration dates and lots, items not listed on our website, DME products, items shorter than 4 months expiration unless stated, boxes with pen marks, seal colors missing, or water stains.

Obligations

1- I am 18 years of age or older.

2- Diabetics Trust redistributes excess diabetic test strips which it lawfully obtains and owns or possesses. If law enforcement determines that any items sold by Diabetics Trust are stolen property, Diabetics Trust will either not receive compensation or return any compensation for such stolen items.

3- I am confirming that these diabetic supplies are not obtained by any government programs.

4- Diabetics Trust does not buy international diabetic supplies. We only buy diabetic supplies with USA NDC codes

5- I will only send diabetic supplies that are not expired and will not expire for at least 10+ months from the next full month, for full price.

6- We follow very strict guidelines and are only able to accept a limited amount of products. Once we reach our limit, we will send that item back along with any returns. Our inventory is constantly changing, so we can only offer a 14-day guarantee. This is for price only. We do not guarantee acceptance of products and reserve the right to return products for ANY reason… such as condition, expiration date, overstock, etc. We will not be responsible for any products once they are sent back i.e. condition, useability, etc. Only send products you do not need and are willing to take a chance on being returned.

7- I understand Diabetics Trust may not pay a reduced price for boxes with expiration dates that are less than 10 months away. Please refer to specific product descriptions on the website not all products are taken with short dates.

8- I understand Diabetics Trust may not pay a reduced price for damaged products based on individual product descriptions on the website.

9- I understand Diabetics Trust has the right to reject products that do not meet their standards, as well as products that are not listed on their website.

10- Diabetics Trust reserves the right to not return any products sent in that do not meet our terms and conditions, which will be donated or disposed of. If we choose to send items back, there will be a minimum of $5 return shipping fee to help cover our cost.

11- Diabetics Trust will not pay for diabetic supplies that are expired or damaged upon delivery. If they receive ANY diabetic supplies that I sent and are not eligible for submission due to dates being too short, expired, too damaged, and cannot be considered slightly damaged, the product in question will be donated, disposed of or sent back for a minimum $5 return shipping fee at our choosing.

12- My diabetic supplies are factory-sealed and have never been opened (meaning they have not been resealed in ANY way).

13- We provide label removal as a free service. However, there may be damage caused by the pharmacy. The damage may be under the label and not visible until it’s removed. If so, Diabetics Trust won’t be responsible.

14- We follow very strict safety guidelines and are only allowed to accept a certain amount of products. Once we reach our capacity, we will send that item back along with any other returns.

15- I understand that Diabetics Trust cannot reverse electronic payments once they have been sent out. Including, but not limited to, Cash App, bank wires, etc. If I provide an incorrect username, the wrong bank account information for wires, an incorrect email address, etc. it is not the Payor’s responsibility to refund my payment. If this occurs, I must contact the corresponding payment entity for a solution.

16- I understand that Diabetics Trust is not responsible for any errors on checks due to the misspelling of names, incorrect addresses, etc. due to typos on the order form I filled out and submitted, or my inability to cash the check due to my not having an account at a traditional bank. If my check needs to be canceled and reprinted for any of these reasons, I will be responsible for the canceled check fee of $30.00.

17- I understand that check payment delivery is dependent upon the USPS mail speed and holidays.

18- If payment in the form of a check has not been received after 21 business days, we will put a stop payment in place once we have verified that the payment was not rendered. After the check is canceled an alternative payment method can be used if you choose to do so. Diabetics Trust will not cancel any check before the 21-day waiting period.

19- I understand if I have a dispute about payment or an order discrepancy, I must contact Diabetics Trust within 30 days. After 30 days all order outcomes and payments are final.
