With all the companies that I’ve dealt with in the past (I’ve been Diabetic for 36 yrs) whether it be for diabetic supplies or what not… Diabetic Trust is a company you should definitely use if you have diabetic supplies. The customer service is absolutely amazing, outstanding and above all I’ve yet to deal with a company that has this well of customer service. They also are very fast with their processing, their payouts, and again their customer service should be dealt with by everyone just so they can see how well their customer service should be. They’re definitely a five star plus rating so again, if you have diabetic supplies, or if you’re just wondering how customer service should be within a company Diabetic Trust should used again and again and again! Absolutely love this place , after dealing with a few shady ones this business has treated me the best . Sent my strips in on Friday evening ( just made the post office as they were closing) and was paid Tuesday morning .. never had an issue with them saying my strips were damaged or paying less than expected .. recommend 10000%

It took some time for me to feel comfortable to send to Diabetics Trust. I appreciate the communication. It was pretty self explanatory. It was text messaging and they said to go online and so I went online and just picked the item by the pictures that matched the items that I had and we put a quote together. Aside from the two that were rejected, they followed what they said. I would choose Cash App next time. I didn't see that was an option when I filled out the form. I have a lot of lancets and will check the website to sign up for the waitlist to get notified when they start taking again. Overall it went well, very straight forward, they backed up what they said. The instructions that came with the label, like how to send, it was very specific. When I get my insulin it's packed with Ice. And the instructions they said not to put it in ice... and that as long as it is refrigerated I can send them as normal. The ice packs that came with my insulin when I got them-- when I reuse those over again, they leak so I dont know if that is by design or whatever.. I don't reuse those... They said I didnt need to put ice in the ones I sent as long as they've been refrigerated. I just multipurposed the box that I got them in and sent it to Diabetics Trust. My whole life is like always shipping. Even before covid but since covid everything even groceries everything shows up in a box. But yeah thumbs up, You guys did a great job! and I appreciate it!

I've been dealing with Diabetics Trust now for about a month and they are truly awesome! I was kinda skeptical at first but after, a couple of transactions, I'm a customer for life. My main concern was getting paid for my extra supplies, but I can attest that they will pay you your money. I got a printed check and I also had money sent to my cash app. It's by far faster and probably the way I will continue to get paid. The check was a great option if you don't have Cash App. All in all, I give Diabetics Trust a 10 out of 10.
